A clip together eyelet where you will not need to cut holes in your material.  Just clip the oval shaped ends to the top of your material, pull apart the section at the round end of the eyelet and then clip together over curtain rail.  Can be attached straight onto pole without the need to slide on from sides of pole, particularly useful where existing pole has end finials too large to allow the eyelets to slide on from pole ends.
